Nader Yatim

Post-doctoral Fellow

Nader was trained as a clinician-scientist in Paris (France). He obtained his PhD in 2015 under the supervision of Dr Matthew L. Albert at the Institut Pasteur in Paris. There, he studied how different cell death programs regulate adaptive immune responses.

He next graduated from medical school in 2018 (Université Paris-Descartes) and completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Clinical Immunology in 2023 (Université Paris-Cite).

Since joining the Merad lab, he has been interested in mechanisms underlying aging of the immune system, with a focus on somatic mutations that occur with age and their functional consequences on the myeloid compartment in cancer.
